ABOUT OUR PLATFORM

Our digital offerings, referred to collectively as "Platforms", encompass a range of mobile applications (each individually an "App", collectively "Apps") along with their related services, documentation, and content. This content includes but is not limited to images, logos, music, photographs, and videos that are integrated into our Apps (“App Content”). These are all owned, managed, and operated by Arseni Kalach, whom we refer to as "we", "us", or "our".

INTRODUCTION TO TERMS OF USE

These terms of use ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between you and us concerning your use of our Platforms.

If you are not the bill payer of the device being used to access our Platforms, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

If you are using our Platforms on a device that you do not own, you must obtain the device owner’s permission. You are responsible for adhering to these Terms whether or not you are the owner of the device.

The phrases 'including', 'include', 'in particular', 'for example', and any similar expressions should be considered illustrative and do not limit the breadth of the terms, descriptions, or definitions preceding them.

We strive to ensure that our digital offerings are accessible for download and use at all times. However, given that our Platforms are delivered via the internet and mobile networks, factors beyond our control may impact their availability. While we aim to provide continuous access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or constant availability of our Platforms.
